Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented SCM Executive with experience to support day-to-day Supply Chain Management operations. The role will primarily involve S, production planned order release, order tracking, and SCM reporting.

The ideal candidate should have practical working experience in SAP order processing, a good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Production Planning processes, and solid working knowledge of MS Excel. Exposure to Power BI and data/reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning / Planned Order Release

- Review and release planned orders in SAP according to approved production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Manufacturing on priorities, material availability, and delays.

SCM Operations & Order Tracking

- Track customer orders from entry through production, delivery, and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate trackers, follow SCM procedures, and escalate delays or exceptions.

MIS / Excel Reporting

- Prepare and maintain SCM reports and trackers in Excel.
- Reconcile SAP data and use functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filters, and basic analysis.

Power BI Preferred

- Support basic Power BI dashboards using data from SAP, Excel, and other sources.
- Report key SCM measures such as open orders, ageing, invoicing, production, delivery performance,



and blocked orders.
- Power BI experience is preferred but not required.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

- 25 years of relevant experience in SCM, order management or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP sales orders, billing, and planned order processing.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Good communication, coordination, and independent follow-up skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to SAP SD, MM, or PP, including production planning.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial SCM.
- Experience with Power BI, SCM dashboards, or MIS reports.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced Excel, inventory, and delivery planning.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

- Hands-on SAP experience and be confident handling daily transactions independently.
- Strong focus on order accuracy, Excel reporting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
- Proactiveness, be organised, and able to manage multiple priorities through timely closure.
