About the Role

GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineering sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and sales. Instead of doing outreach manually, GTM engineers build systems that find the right customers, figure out the right time to reach them, and automate the process at scale.

As a GTM Engineer Intern, you'll help build the engine that drives CredibleHire's growth in the US market, working directly with our founding team.

Internship Details

- Duration: 4 months
- Location: Remote
- Eligibility: B.Tech, 2026 passouts (all branches)
- Full-time opportunity: Potential full-time offer based on performance

What You'll Do

- Build and run automated outbound pipelines using tools like Clay, APIs, and data enrichment sources to find US startups that are actively hiring engineers
- Design scoring models from signals such as hiring velocity, funding rounds, and team growth to decide which companies to reach out to and when
- Write and test email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, and track what's working using data
- Automate repetitive sales and operations workflows using no-code tools, scripts, and AI
- Research target companies and decision-makers to keep our pipeline accurate and up to date




- Run growth experiments with the founding team and see your work turn directly into revenue

What We're Looking For

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfort working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Clear written English, since you'll be writing to US founders and engineering leaders
- Curiosity about how startups grow, sell, and hire
- Willingness to pick up current tools quickly
- A bias toward building things fast and learning by trying

Good to Have

- Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with Clay, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar automation tools
- Projects using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Any exposure to sales, marketing, or running a side project or startup
