Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations

- Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders and invoices, and inspect for quantity, quality and damage
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and process Goods Issue, stock transfers and delivery challans in SAP
- Plan and execute timely dispatches to project sites and customers; coordinate with transporters and courier partners
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inward and outward movements, including e-way bills and gate passes

Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP; ensure physical stock matches system stock at all times
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and returned materials; manage project returns and rejections
- Ensure proper labelling, bin/location management and FIFO practices for all materials

Warehouse Operations & Compliance

- Ensure safe handling, storage and packing of sensitive AV equipment (displays, projectors, audio systems, cabling and accessories)
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety standards and 5S practices; supervise loaders, helpers and contract staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and audit guidelines

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects,



Sales and Finance teams on material availability, delivery schedules and invoicing
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on stock, receipts, dispatches and pending deliveries
- Support internal and external audits with timely data and documentation
- Visit Head office for reporting as and when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Materials Management is an added advantage
- 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse/stores operations, preferably in an electronics, IT hardware, AV or project- based industry
- Mandatory working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM module) GRN, Goods Issue, stock transfers, stock reports and reconciliation
- Good proficiency in MS Excel for stock tracking, reconciliation and reporting
- Familiarity with e-way bill, delivery challan and basic GST documentation for material movement
- Strong attention to detail, discipline in documentation and ability to work in a quick-paced project environment
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi; candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas preferred
