We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centric design principles and be proficient in tools like Figma to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
Ensure consistency in design systems, components, and brand guidelines.
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and interaction design.
Basic knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile design standards.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with design systems.
Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-facing products is preferred.
