Design and Setting up of n-type Silicon Carbide wafer manufacturing plant in India of 6 inches and 8 inches sizes.
• Design and develop SiC power devices including MOSFETs, Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs), and related structures, ensuring compliance with performance and reliability specifications.
• Collaborate with process engineers/technology partner to translate design intent into executable process flows.
• Develop and maintain mask layouts in coordination with the layout team, ensuring design rules are adhered to.
• Participate in electrical characterization and data analysis of fabricated devices, identifying areas for design improvement.
• Support reliability testing programs (e.g., high-temperature operation, thermal cycling) and contribute to failure analysis.
• Prepare and present design reports, technical documentation, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
