Role & responsibilities

- Engineering drawing knowledge & study.
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a

safe, efficient manner.

- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs

& labor required.

- Diagnosing problems in production & providing recommendations & training.
- Establishing safety procedures & protocols that take the workers wellbeing

into account & that also minimize the carbon footprint.

- Keeping abreast of advancement in engineering & production & sharing

knowledge with co-workers.

- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments & stakeholders.
- Analyzing all facets of production & making recommendations for

improvement.

- Obtaining any materials & equipment required.




- Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per ISO

9001.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor of Mechanical engineering.

• Proven experience of 5 to 6 years in mechanical engineering field.

• Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic & lubrication piping.

• 5S & visual management, standardized work, Value stream mapping (VSM).

Root cause Analysis (RCA). Problem solving & Decision Making.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Robust leadership abilities.

• Superb written & verbal communication skills.
