Preferred candidate profile

The AVP Alternative Operations will support the Head Alternative Operations in managing end-to-end operations across Alternatives platform, including PMS, AIFs, Hedge Solutions, Private Credit, Real Estate Funds, GIFT City and Offshore structures.

The role will oversee operational execution, fund operations, investor servicing, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, trade operations and operational controls, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across AIFs, PMS, Hedge, Private Credit, Real Estate and Offshore/GIFT City structures.
- Oversee NAV validation, fund accounting, fee calculations, investor allocations, reconciliations, drawdowns and distributions.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting, audits,



tax and compliance requirements with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee trade settlements, custody, treasury movements, margin management and corporate actions.
- Monitor operational controls, exceptions, SLAs, MIS and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators, RTAs, bankers, auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, automation and stronger operational controls.
- Support current fund/product launches and business expansion.
- Manage and mentor the operations team and ensure effective delivery across assigned processes.
