- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough rate analysis to estimate project costs, identifying potential savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive estimates and proposals.
- Monitor progress against budgeted targets, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed BOQs using industry-standard software tools.
