US Collections Executive: International Voice Process (Noida)

Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month + performance incentives and bonus

About the Opportunity
A leading international BPO in Noida is expanding its US Collections Voice Process and is looking to fill Collections Executive positions right away. If you have 6 months to a year of experience in international voice or collections, this is your chance to grow your career with a rapid-paced, rewarding team. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply. Candidates who communicate exceptionally well and are eager to learn will also be considered.

What You'll Do

- Make and receive calls related to US-based collections accounts
- Work out payment plans and settlements with customers, following client guidelines




- Achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
- Keep call logs and account records accurate and up to date per process standards
- Follow US collections regulations and client protocols at all times

What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice or collections process
- Strong spoken English with a neutral accent
- Willingness to work US shifts and thrive in a target-oriented setup
- Graduate or undergraduate
