Position: Compliance Associate(Finance)
Qualication: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / CA Dropout, Cost Accountant
(CMA)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years & Above

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and ling of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C,
ISD, and posting entries in Books.
2. Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
3. Handling GST & Income Tax notices, assessments, audits, and departmental
queries.
4. Preparation and ling of TDS/TCS returns and ensuring timely deposit of
monthly taxes.
5. Coordination with tax consultants, auditors for closing the Statutory & Other
audits.
6. Preparation and ling of MCA forms including DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1,
AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, PAS-6, ADT-1 and other event-based lings

Daily monitoring of bank balances and cash ow positions.
8. Management of surplus funds through investments in Mutual Funds, Fixed
Deposits (FDs), Bonds, Debt Instruments
9. Handling investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions,
switches, and renewals.
10. Managing Loan Against Securities (LAS), overdraft facilities, and other
treasury funding arrangements
11. Coordination with banks, mutual fund houses, wealth managers, brokers,
and nancial institutions.
12. Monitoring interest income, dividend income, capital gains, and investment-
related charges.
13. Preparation of treasury and investment MIS reports for management review.
14. Managing oshore entitys transactions.
