We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with solid domain expertise in HCO/HCP (Healthcare Organization / Healthcare Provider) to support, implement, and enhance SAP Finance solutions. The role involves end-to-end SAP FICO configuration, healthcare-specific financial processes, integration with SAP IS-H / S/4HANA, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Technical skills:

SAP FICO Core

Lead and execute configuration and support of SAP FICO modules:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (AA)

Bank Accounting

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

Manage Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, P&L;, and statutory reporting

Handle tax configurations (GST / VAT / Withholding Tax as applicable)

Healthcare (HCO/HCP) Domain Responsibilities

Support financial processes specific to Healthcare Providers / Hospitals, such as:

Patient billing and settlements

Insurance claims accounting





Revenue recognition for healthcare services

Integration with SAP IS-H / SAP Patient Management

Understand payer-provider financial workflows

Manage accounting impacts of:

Clinical services

Pharmacy

Diagnostics

Inpatient / Outpatient services

Integration & Transformation

Work on integration between SAP FICO and other modules:

SAP MM (Procurement & Inventory)

SAP SD (Billing & Revenue)

SAP IS-H / Healthcare solutions

Experience in S/4HANA Finance, including:

Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

Business Partner (BP)

New Asset Accounting

Support S/4HANA migrations or rollouts (if applicable)

Stakeholder & Support Activities

Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions

Convert business needs into functional specifications

Support UAT, SIT, and production issue resolution

Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users

Good to have skills:
