We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be below 40 years old.

Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise pest control operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians to complete tasks on time and maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential pest issues and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement pest control strategies to minimize chemical use.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration.
- Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in pest control supervision or a related field.




- Strong knowledge of pest behavior, ecology, and management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
