What You'll Do

- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
- Resolve queries, complaints, and requests professionally and within the set TAT
- Provide customers with correct information about products and services




- Deliver a positive experience that keeps customer satisfaction high
- Record call details carefully and keep CRM and records updated
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
- Pass unresolved issues to the right team when required

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)

- A strong listener with a customer-first mindset
- Able to remain calm and solve problems under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
