Responsibilities and Desired Skills:

- Contacting customers for their requirement and understand their needs to complete sales or to resolve there queries.
- Must be fluent in Tamil / Telugu/ Kannada or Malayalam
- To gauge what a prospect customer really wants and pitch the product to him accordingly
- Filtering the genuine customers and convincing them to purchase
- Achieve the set sales targets and contribute to the team
- Probing to the customers about Products / Offers / Services for confirmed sales.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Build solid relationships with prospects, while managing objections, progressing, and locking in current opportunities.
- Previous experience in telesales executive
- Undergrad Freshers can apply
- BPO Industry exp will be added advantage.
