Role Overview: Senior Technical Lead .Net Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead who can lead the technical implementation of a modern cloud-native application while contributing significantly to development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Angular, .NET microservices, AWS, PostgreSQL and AI/Generative AI, with the ability to guide developers, make architectural decisions, perform hands-on coding, and drive the project from design through production. This role requires someone who can balance technical leadership and hands-on development, with the expectation that the candidate will spend a significant portion of their time writing and reviewing production-quality code.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

- Own the technical direction and implementation of the project.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns and development practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and performance bottlenecks and drive their resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure commitments are delivered on time.

Hands-on Development

- Be actively involved in end-to-end development, rather than functioning only as a coordinator or reviewer.
- Develop complex and critical features across frontend and backend.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues.
- Participate in design, development, unit testing, code reviews and deployment activities.
- Support the team in resolving technical blockers.

Frontend Angular

- Robust hands-on experience with Angular, preferably Angular 18+ and ideally Angular 21.




- Develop scalable frontend applications using TypeScript, RxJS, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.
- Experience with Nx monorepo and Module Federation is highly desirable.
- Implement reusable components, services and frontend design patterns.
- Implement client-side validation, API integration, error handling and performance optimization.
- Experience with Angular UI frameworks such as Angular Material, PrimeNG or equivalent.

Backend .NET Microservices

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core, preferably .NET 8/10.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Strong understanding of dependency injection, middleware, authentication/authorization and API security.
- Experience with CQRS, Mediator/MediatR and Clean Architecture is highly desirable.
- Implement appropriate design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Implement logging, exception handling, validation and observability.
- Optimize APIs and backend services for scalability and performance.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, background processing and distributed systems.

AWS Cloud

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications.
- Good knowledge of services such as:
- Amazon ECS / EKS
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon S3
- CloudFront
- API Gateway
- RDS
- CloudWatch
- IAM
- ECR
- Secrets Manager / Parameter Store
- Understanding of AWS security, networking, scalability and cost optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting applications deployed in AWS environments.

Database PostgreSQL





- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Design database schemas, relationships, constraints and indexes.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Analyze query performance and resolve database bottlenecks.
- Experience with database migrations and versioning.
- Good understanding of transactions, concurrency and database optimization.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM.

AI / Generative AI (Good to Have)

- Experience implementing AI/Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Ability to identify practical use cases where AI can improve business processes or application functionality.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured prompts.
- Experience with concepts such as:
- Prompt engineering
- Experience using AI coding assistants and AI tools to improve developer productivity is desirable.

Quality & Observability

- Experience with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
- Implement automated unit/integration testing.
- Experience with application monitoring, centralized logging and distributed tracing.
- Experience identifying and resolving application performance issues.
