Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing and packing of capsules, tablets, powders, and liquid supplements. The role includes meeting production schedules, supervising operators, maintaining accurate batch records, and working closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily production activities according to approved orders and material availability.
- Supervise dispensing, blending, manufacturing, filling, and packing operations.
- Check line clearance, equipment cleanliness, and readiness before each batch.




- Ensure production follows approved batch manufacturing records, SOPs, and applicable cGMP requirements.
- Record batch details, material usage, yields, and any production deviations accurately.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, sampling, and batch release.
- Monitor wastage, downtime, and output; identify ways to improve efficiency..

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience in supplement or related manufacturing operations.
- Positive knowledge of batch documentation, GMP, hygiene, and production controls.
- Ability to supervise a team and resolve routine production issues.
