- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer service.
- Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide coaching and guidance on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposits, cross-sell products, and improve overall revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar industry.
- Proven track record in managing branches or teams with excellent results.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including CASA deposits.
