- Ensure the Employees skill upgradation time to time for various job rotation.
- Ensure the plant follows full relevant environmental norms.
- Ensure the equipment up keeping and minimize the breakdown interruptions
- Deviation monitoring and implement the CAPA.
- Knowledge of Distillation (Continuous Batch ).
- Knowledge of Multi-component Distillation, Azeotropic distillation.
- Mass Energy balance Calculation, Chemical reaction knowledge.
- Pump , Compressor, Vacuum system operation knowledge.
- Training provide to the sub-ordinates. Training module preparation.
- SOP development, SOP implementation at site. Training provide on SOP to the operators Supervisors.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skill, with computer proficiency.
- Very positive in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem solving skill.
- Ability to multitask, time management, work in a fast-paced environment, and should able to meet deadlines.
