Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions in the US market
using various recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, initial
screening, and coordinating interviews with clients.

Candidate Management:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their
needs and expectations.

Market Understanding:

Stay updated on the US IT job market, including demand trends for
technologies and skill sets.

AI Integration:

Leverage AI-based tools for candidate sourcing, engagement, and
assessment.

Stay open to learning and adopting new technologies that streamline
recruitment processes.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and compliance with US labor laws and visa regulations.

Bench Sales Recruitment:

Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing,
interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and
closing.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot
Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.




Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal
database, referrals, and other strategies.

Maintain and building the vendor contacts.
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire)
positions.
Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as
background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

Qualifications

Experience: 1 -4 years in US IT recruitment / Bench Sales Marketing,
preferably working with fast-paced clients.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing
platforms like Dice, Monster, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn.

Work Hours: Flexibility to work in US time zones.
