- 8+ years of US IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong communication and logical reasoning skills and ability to hold conversations with senior leaders/candidates
- Strong technical recruiting and technology understanding
- Excellent Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn, direct sourcing & passive hiring skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Dice, Monster, or similar tools
- Experience with Zoho ATS will be strongly preferred
- Strong experience building ready-to-engage talent pipelines
- Proven direct sourcing capability with low dependency on vendors
- Ability to work directly with hiring managers and technical stakeholders
- Robust reporting, market intelligence, and pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift
