Job Description
We are looking for US IT Recruiters with 1 to 6 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify IT candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Work closely with account managers and internal recruitment teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
