Reporting & Analytics Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting &

Analytics Analyst to join our FP&A; team. This role will be responsible for supporting business reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and ad hoc reporting requirements across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to translate business requirements into accurate, meaningful, and actionable reports.

You will work closely with the Senior Analyst and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reporting accuracy, identify trends and data anomalies, and provide insights that support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

- Own and manage recurring business reports and ad hoc analytical requests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for reporting and data-related requests from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Ensure analytical requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence

- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or other BI platforms.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.




- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
- Create clear and user-friendly visualizations that enable stakeholders to understand business performance.
- Maintain existing dashboards and continuously improve reporting processes.

Sales & Customer Analytics

- Analyze sales performance, customer purchasing behavior, and business KPIs.
- Identify trends in customer spending and purchasing patterns.
- Support analysis of customer and vendor data across multiple business lines.
- Analyze Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) data and identify potential anomalies or data inconsistencies.
- Provide analytical support to senior FP&A; team members on business and financial analysis.

Data Quality & Governance

- Conduct regular data validation and quality checks.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting data.
- Investigate discrepancies between data sources and reporting outputs.
- Identify data-quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to understand reporting requirements.




- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Senior Analyst and Head of FP&A; on reporting improvements and analytical initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, sales analytics, FP&A; analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Practical experience with at least one business intelligence or visualization platform, such as:
- Zoho Analytics
- Microsoft Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker
- Similar BI tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics.
- Experience in sales, customer, revenue, or marketing analytics.
- Exposure to FP&A;, financial reporting, or business performance analysis.
- Experience working with healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with ticketing or service-request management processes.
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders.
