Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager with strong experience in the apparel/garment industry. The candidate should be capable of independently managing warehouse operations, manpower, stock movement, dispatches and inventory while taking quick and appropriate decisions under work pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle receiving, inward, storage, picking, packing, scanning and dispatch of garments.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Ensure proper SKU, size, colour, style and quantity-wise stock management.
- Monitor inward and outward stock and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Manage warehouse staff, assign daily work and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts and Management teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer and branch requirements.
- Handle stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock and damaged goods.
- Maintain proper warehouse discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports.
- Take quick decisions and resolve operational issues independently.
- Handle high workload and pressure during peak seasons and urgent dispatch requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and system/ERP entries.
