Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Thane.
- The specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen BIE's brand and engage prospective students, alumni, and partners.
- Daily tasks include creating and publishing posts, stories, and short-form videos; managing content calendars; monitoring trends; and coordinating with internal teams to showcase events, programs, and success stories.
- The role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing audience insights, and recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- The specialist will collaborate with marketing and academic teams, respond to community interactions, and ensure consistent, inclusive messaging aligned with BIE's mission.

Qualifications : -

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.




- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and audience-centric messaging.
- Candidates should possess the ability to analyze social media metrics, use basic analytics tools, and apply data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), including features, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content calendars and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in education, entrepreneurship, or startup ecosystems is beneficial, along with a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
