- Identify potential customers for home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and DSA products.
- Conduct sales calls to generate leads and convert them into actual business deals.
- Develop solid relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in the housing finance industry.
- Strong understanding of various types of loans such as home loans, mortgage loans, LAP, and DSA.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
