Job Role

As a Customer Service Associate you will help customers solve problems You will answer customer questions through phone calls, chat, and email, and make sure they have a great experience.

Responsibilities :

- Answer customer calls and chat/email to provide support.
- Listen carefully and solve customer problems.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.




- Keep customer records and update information accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
- Report common customer issues and suggest improvements.
