We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Field Executive with 35 years of experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry, specifically in Blood Collection Tubes (BCT) / Vacutainers.
The ideal candidate must have existing experience selling BCT/Vacutainer products, with positive knowledge of vacuum and non-vacuum blood collection tubes and an established network among hospitals, diagnostic labs, pathology labs, blood banks, and distributors.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the IVD/Diagnostics industry
- Prior BCT/Vacutainer sales experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of blood collection tubes and their applications
- Educational Qualification: BBA / B.Com / MBA or equivalent
- Existing customer/distributor network preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
