- A minimum of 2-4 year of work experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies
- Good hands-on experience in developing BI solutions using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or MicroStrategy etc.
- Working knowledge of data processing/ ETL tools like SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner etc. is good to have
- This position requires working in a R&D; set-up to develop innovative visibility solutions
- The role will primarily be based out of the home office and will require collaboration with teams and stakeholders across different geographies. Depending on project and business requirements, the role may require domestic and international travel to client or project locations.
Key responsibilities
- Directly engage with internal stakeholders, understand requirements and communicate clearly within the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skillsets with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable analyses
- Will have to Learn and deliver the BI solutions using Essex Propriety Tool EARS only.
- Able to conduct robust quality control analyses to ensure data quality and integrity
- Be familiar with Reporting System such as Tableau or Power BI (All or any)
- May be required to travel domestically or internationally to Client/Project locations based on business requirement, to support Solution development, implementation, testing and client delivery activities.
- Work with Client/Project teams during onsite engagements to understand requirements, support solution configuration and development, output validations, and resolve implementation-related issues.
Key Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good hands on working experience on BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or MicroStrategy
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- knowledge of data processing using SAS/R/Python/Alteryx/RapidMiner etc. is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)
- Self-starter with a zeal for innovation and excellence in Client delivery
Ability to work under tight timelines and handle project pressure
