- - We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, instrument installation, customer support and service-related activities.
- - Key Responsibilities

- Ensure preventive maintenance of instruments.
- Attend and resolve breakdown/service calls.
- Install instruments and provide training to customers.
- Provide application support to customers.
- Refurbish instruments in the assigned territory.
- Maintain records of spares and ensure timely dispatch to HO.
- Promote AMC/CMC, contracts, QC and consumables.
- Achieve individual service and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support effective first-time resolution of breakdowns.
