Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop AI Agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Build production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data.
- Design agent capabilities including tool/function calling, planning, reasoning, memory, and orchestration.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, applications, and external tools.
- Build multi-step workflows where agents can execute tasks and interact with multiple systems.
- Develop prompt strategies, structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Work with LLMs, embedding models, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Implement AI-agent monitoring, observability, logging, and performance evaluation.
- Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, Product, Data, and Business teams.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI




- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production environments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of total IT/software engineering experience.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in AI, Generative AI, NLP, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience building LLM-based applications and AI Agents.
- Robust problem-solving, system-design, and communication skills.
