1. Ambulance Operations & Monitoring

- Monitor the day-to-day operation and availability of all assigned ambulances.
- Ensure ambulances are deployed and operational as per project requirements.
- Track ambulance movement, availability, downtime, and utilization.
- Monitor response time, trip completion, and service delivery.
- Ensure ambulances remain available at designated locations and follow approved deployment plans.
- Conduct regular field visits and physical verification of ambulances.

2. Staff & Crew Supervision

- Supervise ambulance drivers, EMTs, paramedics and other assigned field personnel.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, shifts and availability.
- Ensure proper handover/takeover between shifts.
- Address operational issues faced by ambulance crews and escalate unresolved matters.

3. Vehicle & Equipment Monitoring

- Ensure ambulances are maintained in operational and roadworthy condition.
- Monitor preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
- Check availability and condition of medical equipment, oxygen, emergency supplies, medicines and other required consumables.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and basic upkeep of ambulances.
- Coordinate with vendors/workshops for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

4. Trip & Service Monitoring

- Monitor ambulance trips from dispatch to completion.
- Verify trip sheets, patient/service details and other required records.
- Identify delays,



breakdowns, missed trips or operational deviations and take corrective action.
- Maintain records of ambulance utilization and service delivery.

5. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all ambulances have valid statutory documents, insurance, permits, fitness certificates, pollution certificates and other applicable documents.
- Ensure required licenses and certifications of drivers and medical staff are valid.
- Maintain daily operational reports, inspection reports, attendance records, vehicle status reports and incident reports.
- Ensure project SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.

6. Emergency & Incident Management

- Coordinate with the control room and ambulance crew during breakdowns, accidents, emergencies or other critical situations.
- Arrange alternate ambulance/support wherever required.
- Report major incidents immediately to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper incident documentation and follow-up until closure.

7. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with the Control Room, Project Manager, client representatives, ambulance vendors and field teams.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly ambulance operation reports.
- Highlight operational gaps, manpower shortages, vehicle downtime and other critical issues to management.
- Support audits, inspections and client reviews.
