Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the garment industry, covering both activewear and casualwear categories. The ideal candidate will bring a solid quality background from established brands and/or export houses, with solid exposure to men's and women's product lines across knitted and woven garments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Review and verify fabric, trims,



and accessories for compliance with approved standards before production.
- Monitor construction, stitching, fit, and finishing across knitted and woven garment categories.
- Identify, document, and follow up on quality defects; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with production teams.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and buyer QA teams to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, AQL records, and audit documentation.
- Ensure adherence to buyer-specific quality manuals, testing protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Support pre-production meetings (PP meetings) to align on quality expectations before bulk production.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant QA experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing or export industry.
- Prior exposure to activewear and casualwear product lines is essential.
- Experience working with recognized brands, buying houses, or export-oriented manufacturing units.
- Sound knowledge of garment construction techniques for both knitted and woven fabrics.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, merchandising, and buyer quality teams.
