Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and other audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Review accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial controls.
- Work closely with the production and operations teams for manufacturing cost analysis.
- Monitor and analyze product costing, raw material consumption, inventory valuation, production costs, and overheads.
- Identify cost-control opportunities and support management in improving financial efficiency.




- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inventory, fixed assets, and capital expenditure.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and government authorities as required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws.
