Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program Manager to own end-to-end loss identification, asset reconciliation, and risk mitigation across the battery lifecycle.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that batteries deployed across fleet partners and operational channels remain accounted for, traceable, and in active circulation. This will involve working closely with fleet partners and multiple internal teams to identify gaps, reconcile asset movements, drive recovery, and establish mechanisms to prevent future losses.

The role requires a strong combination of program management, data analytics, stakeholder management, operational problem-solving, and process governance.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Assurance & Risk Management

- Lead initiatives to improve asset visibility, accountability, and lifecycle management.
- Identify potential areas of asset loss, leakage, and operational risk and drive appropriate mitigation measures.
- Develop frameworks and mechanisms to improve asset utilization and minimize financial exposure.
- Provide data-backed insights to leadership on asset health, risk areas, and recovery performance.

2. Fleet Partner & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with fleet partners to improve asset accountability and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely closure of critical issues.
- Establish structured governance and escalation mechanisms with partners and internal teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders where ownership or resolution involves multiple teams.

3. Data, Analytics & Business Insights

- Own data-driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities across the asset lifecycle.
- Build effective reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Use data to identify root causes and support decision-making.
- Partner with BI and technology teams to improve data availability, reporting, and automation.

4. Process Excellence & Automation

- Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Design scalable processes, SOPs,



and governance mechanisms.
- Work with Product, Technology, BI, and Operations teams to automate manual processes and improve controls.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operating models as the business scales.

5. Program Management

- Own high-impact cross-functional programs from problem identification through execution and closure.
- Define objectives, success metrics, timelines, and governance mechanisms.
- Track program performance and drive corrective actions wherever required.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy and planning, or business excellence roles
- Tier 1 Education - IIT/IIM or similar qualifications
- Exposure to domains like asset lifecycle management, mobility, logistics, or EV operations is a strong plus
- Robust experience in managing high-impact cross-functional programs (ability to influence without authority)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, G-suite, and dashboards/BI tools (SQL/Python is a plus)
