About the Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can own and evolve our Salesforce org while driving adoption of Agentforce configuring, governing, and optimizing AI agents that support our sales, service, and internal workflows. This is a hands-on, business-facing role bridging traditional Salesforce administration with AI-agent governance.

Key Responsibilities

Core Salesforce Administration

- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Own configuration changes: Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Maintain data quality deduplication, validation rules, and data hygiene across all Salesforce objects
- Apply least-privilege access principles and structured security governance
- Manage SSO, licensing, and access requests
- Handle release management, sandbox refreshes, and change deployment




- Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support

Agentforce-Specific Responsibilities

- Configure and deploy Agentforce agents (Service, Sales, and internal-use agents) aligned to business workflows
- Design and manage agent Actions, Topics, and Instructions within org guardrails
- Govern what data and objects AI agents are permitted to access extending the org's security model to AI (agent permission sets, data masking, audit trails)
- Monitor agent performance, escalation paths, and human-handoff logic
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify use cases suited for agent automation vs. traditional Flow/Apex
- Stay current on Agentforce releases and evaluate current features for rollout
- Document and maintain governance policies for responsible AI agent use within the org
