Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator with hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure support.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, user administration, system security, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts and manage user permissions and access rights.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, printer, and authentication-related issues.
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLA timelines.
- Configure, monitor, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
- Manage endpoint security using BitLocker and Sophos Antivirus.
- Monitor system performance and take preventive actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, backup, and patch management activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation,



and configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware support, warranty, and AMC activities.
- Support IT policies, cybersecurity controls, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with server administration, backup restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Provide user guidance and training on IT best practices and security awareness.
- PowerShell knowledge will be an added advantage.
