- Manage and supervise hotel operations during the assigned shift.
- Oversee smooth check-in, check-out and guest services.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor room readiness, VIP arrivals, special requests and guest requirements.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain operational records.
- Support the Front Office team in maintaining service standards.
- Take charge of the hotel in the absence of senior management, as required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and guest service standards.
