Job Title: Senior Site Coordinator Commissioning

Location: Thane HO, Occasional Site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 4+ Years in Commissioning of ZLD plants

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Coordinator – Commissioning to lead and manage commissioning activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of commissioning of Caustic Recovery Plants, Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), Pusher Centrifuges, Crystallizers, Mechanical Vapour Recompressors (MVR), and other Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plants, in alignment with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule commissioning activities in line with project timelines.
- Review P&ID;, drawings, and scope; prepare site readiness checklists.
- Allocate and monitor engineers, contractors, and resources for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely completion of commissioning while adhering to quality standards.




- Manage project documentation, handover, and client sign-off.
- Optimize site costs and negotiate with vendors to maintain budget efficiency.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation measures, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients for updates, troubleshooting, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, QMS, IMS, and safety protocols at all stages.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project commissioning, preferably in Caustic Recovery Plants, Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), Pusher Centrifuges, Crystallizers, Mechanical Vapour Recompressors (MVR), and other Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plants
- Solid planning, team management, and client coordination skills.
- Sound knowledge of ISO, QMS, IMS, and site safety guidelines.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across locations.
