- Jig planning sheet preparation for new and Modification jig
- Process Cycle time study and Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial
- New Model drawing preparation
- Line Taktup planning, Execution and robot teaching

Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling

Preferred candidate profile

1. Weld Process Engineering: Line trial for new Model introduction

2. Weld shop layout preparation, Kaizen in existing process

3. Jig Planning sheet preparation for recent jigs, modification jigs

4. Process Cycle time study and Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial

5. Confirmation of Spot Positions & Weld Quality by performing destructive & Non-Destructive test.

6. Prepare nugget sheet,



drawings for weld body destructive test.

7. Understanding of welding parameters for new model trial, RM change trial

8. Prepare Robot teaching plan for spot position accuracy in trial

9. Equipment plan and spec sheet preparation and procurement

10. Line tact up plan preparation and robot teaching

11. Analyse Body CMM measurement data, plan for quality improvement.

12. Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling
