5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role
Proven experience handling teams of 30+ associates
Strong expertise in AR operations, denial management, and team performance optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AR teams, ensuring client SLAs and operational targets are achieved
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor team performance
• Handle client escalations and drive process improvements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid understanding of AR processes, payer guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency in AR software, MS Excel, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
