Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pharma Sales Executive to drive pharmacy sales growth across B2C and institutional channel. The ideal candidate should have proven pharmaceutical sales experience, strong knowledge of rural market expansion, and the ability to achieve ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive pharmacy sales growth across B2C and institutional channels.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in rural markets.

* Expand customer reach and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Develop and execute effective business strategies to strengthen market presence.

* Expand and strengthen distribution networks.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





* Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 1-4 years of proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.

* Experience in rural market expansion is required.

* Robust knowledge of pharma sales and market dynamics.

* Experience in customer relationship management and institutional business development.

* Strong communication and business development skills.

* Highly motivated and target-oriented.

* Ability to work effectively in a competitive environment.
