Role & responsibilities

1. Weld Process Engineering: Line trial for recent model introduction

2. Study of upcoming models DMU based on standards and line process

3. Preparation of quality activity schedule and CFT working during trials

Analyze Body CMM measurement data, plan for quality improvement

Preferred candidate profile

1. Jig Planning sheet preparation for new jigs, modification jigs

2. Participation in Jig design approvals and inspections

3. Feedback in mounting structure quality of various assembly parts on weld body

4. Study tolerances and tolerances stack up in sheet metal parts assembly

5. Use scanning instruments such as FARO for quality improvements of jigs and parts

6. Trial Body measurement analysis and planning for improvement

3D software working experience (NX/ CATIA), AutoCAD

Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing
