Role & responsibilities

Manage production packing operations and team independently in compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirement, quality standards.

Responsible for production Day to day planning, productivity targets, Schedule adherence and the customer commitment.

Responsible for Documentation like BPR, Validation/ Qualification reports, various production reports as per the requirement.

Responsible to troubleshoot packing issues of Blister packing, Bottle packing operations, Auto-cartonating, serialization and coding technologies independently.

Positive hands on the blister packing machines from different vendors.

Should be familiar with SAP, SCADA, 21 CFR etc.

Should be familiar with Validations, Deviation, change control, risk assessment and various QMS documents.

Should have exposure to various audits like US-FDA, EU-GMP, TGA, WHO and customer audits etc.

Exposure to packing in Veterinary division like bolus packing will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification - B. Pharma /M. Pharma /M Sc. Chemistry.

Experience 05-10 years of Experience in Pharma Formulation in packing section of tablets department.
