Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester / QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and a good understanding of Salesforce custom development and integrations.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand business functionality as well as the underlying Salesforce components and integrations to effectively identify, troubleshoot, and validate defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and integration testing of Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio applications.
- Perform testing of OmniStudio applications and MuleSoft integrations.
- Test custom Salesforce developments, including:
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Salesforce Flows
- Custom business logic
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze issues by understanding both business functionality and underlying Salesforce code/configuration.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts,
and other stakeholders to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing as required.
- Work independently within Agile delivery teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Communicate testing status, defects, risks, and observations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing / Salesforce QA is mandatory.
- Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience testing OmniStudio applications.
- Experience testing MuleSoft integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Flows.
- Robust defect identification, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Ability to understand both business functionality and technical implementation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with UiPath automation.
- Exposure to Salesforce test automation.
- Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
- Understanding of Salesforce development and deployment processes.
