Key Responsibilities:

Keep project operations team focused on the critical components of operations to drive customer satisfaction

• Make the sales gallery operational plans and strategies for upcoming projects

• To manage the site operations F&B; service, front-desk, cleanliness, maintenance & upkeep of the lobby areas by checking the site on a daily basis

• Ensure that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overallcustomerexperience

• To check AV room lightings & smooth operation of Sales Galleries

• To take around of the entire sales office andsample flat in the morning before the operations start to check if thereareany H/K, admin related flaws and ensure to inform the concerneddepartment about anytechnical issues

• Take morning briefing before the operations start with the security team, valet, F & B team to discuss daily appointments

• Ensure that SOPs are inplace for each area and are being followed by the team

• Manage all out sourced vendors and their staffatsite
