Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Robust understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sourcing profiles on various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Shine.com etc.
