Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of residential projects from pre-construction and mobilization through completion and handover.
- Take complete ownership of project timelines, cost, quality, safety and delivery commitments.
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, construction milestones, resource plans and execution strategies.
- Drive civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing activities across the project.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, budgets and construction standards.
- Closely monitor project progress and proactively address delays, bottlenecks and execution risks.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, MEP, Finance, CRM, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Drive effective contractor performance management, productivity and resource utilization.
- Ensure stringent quality control and quality assurance across all stages of construction.
- Maintain high standards of EHS / construction safety and statutory compliance at project sites.
- Monitor project budgets and drive cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.
- Review project MIS, progress reports, cash-flow requirements, billing and project forecasts.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, equipment and other project resources.
- Lead project review meetings and present progress, risks, corrective actions and key decisions to senior management.
- Ensure smooth coordination for testing, commissioning,



snag closure and final handover.
- Drive customer-focused execution and ensure quality delivery in line with Casagrand standards.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing project team comprising Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers and supporting functions.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution. Postgraduate qualification in Construction/Project Management will be an added advantage.
- 20+ years of overall experience in construction/project management.
- Significant experience in large-scale residential real estate projects, preferably high-rise/multi-storey developments.
- Proven experience independently heading large residential projects from excavation/foundation to final handover.
- Strong understanding of RCC structures, finishing, MEP coordination, infrastructure works and residential construction methodology.
- Strong exposure to project planning, budgeting, contracts, procurement, quality and safety.
- Experience managing multiple contractors, large site teams and complex project stakeholders.
- Good understanding of modern construction techniques, project controls and productivity improvement.
- Robust commercial orientation with ability to control project costs and identify value-engineering opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven residential real estate environment.
