Job Description

We are looking for a QHSE Executive to manage and support Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures and standards at the site.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs for employees and contract staff.
- Monitor PPE compliance, work permits, emergency preparedness and protected working practices.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare incident reports and CAPA.
- Maintain QHSE records, checklists, inspection reports and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate emergency drills and ensure site emergency response procedures are followed.




- Support internal/client audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor housekeeping, waste management and environmental practices at the site.
- Coordinate with site operations and client teams to ensure effective implementation of QHSE requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Safety / Environment / Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in QHSE/HSE, preferably in Facility Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Industrial or Commercial facilities.
- Good knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Candidates with relevant Safety certifications will be preferred.
