- Perform month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Prepare and upload annual standard costs into Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Monitor and analyze integration center costs, standard costs, and production variances, providing regular performance reporting and insights.
- Provide accounting guidance to both accounting and non-accounting colleagues
- Support personnel at integration centers and their associated business unit management with ad hoc accounting information and analysis
- Prepare audit support and documentation for internal and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and supply chain departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- More than 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a supply chain setting
- Proven track record of success in financial analysis and reporting
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, etc.)
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with others
- Diligent with a dedication to maintaining flawless accuracy
