Role & responsibilities :

1. Min 10 Years of Experience in Stamping commodity

2. Stamping tool design

3. Aluminium Stamping process and stamping Machine knowledge, Tool Raw material etc

4. Know how on-stage tooling and progressive tooling

5. Preferred NTTF candidate

6. Expertise on Less thickness aluminium material dimensional issues resolution

Systemic :

7. Current Product Development once commercial is settled

8. Feasibility review and Close with TTR Engg for any deviation or correction

9. PPAP of NPD parts

10. Capacity assessment

11. New Supplier assessment

12. Supplier BOP DVP

13. DR Reviews with Engineering

14. Clearance of Quality hold material at Incoming due to NPD part

15. Monitoring APQP development phases and timely update to Program management

16. Development part initial T0 to T2 corrections and communication to NPD QA

17. Conduct Internal PPAP at supplier end

18. Availability of sufficient gauges, fixture for production at supplier end

19. Packaging approval and signoff with plant team

20. Monitoring NPD part for SOP + 3 months for customer complaint, line fitment and production issues

21. Handover the part to series production with cycle time approval

22. Change Management - NDRN
